VG95234

If you require modifications of the connectors according to VG95234, e.g. other contact designs, surfaces or end housings, we supply these designs as CGA connectors from Amphenol or CA connectors from ITT Cannon. All mentioned cable connectors, protection caps, cable couplings and flange sockets are delivered by MIL-KABEL-SYSTEMS within one week or directly from stock.

In addition to the MS3100, MS3101, MS3102, MS3106 and MS3108 connectors, the VG95234 connectors, CA connectors, CGA connectors and the CA-COM connectors also belong to the group of connectors according to MIL-DTL-5015 or MIL-C-5015 . MS3100-MS3108 connectors are only available with solder termination, screw locking and with olive-green finish. On the other hand, VG95234 connectors are also available with olive-green finish and crimp termination only, but with bayonet locking and screw locking. Connectors according to the standards MS3100, MS3101, MS3102, MS3106 and MS3108 and VG95234 in special versions must be ordered as CGA connectors, CA connectors or as CA-COM connectors. CA-COM connectors alone are available with nickel plated surface, CA connectors are only available with olive green surface . MIL-KABEL-SYSTEMS also supplies the CGA connectors, CA connectors and the CA-COM connectors promptly.

Crimping tools for VG95234 connectors from stock
The MS3100, MS3101, MS3102, MS3106 and MS3108 connectors are equipped with solder contacts, while the VG95234 connectors are equipped with crimp contacts. The crimp contacts are often crimped with the M22520/1-01 / AF8 crimping tool and the M22520/1-06 positioner. MIL-KABEL-SYSTEMS supplies the crimping tool M22520/1-01 and also the crimping insert/positioner M22520/1-06 from stock.

Heat shrinkable molded parts for VG95234 connectors directly from stock

We recommend the following heat shrinkable molded parts according to VG95343 from the manufacturer TE Connectivity (formerly Raychem and Tyco) from the 202K and 222K series for shrinking onto the housing terminations of the VG95234 connectors. The 222K series shrink moldings are angled at 90 degrees, while the 202K series shrink moldings are straight molded. At MIL-KABEL-SYSTEMS you can get these heat shrinkable molded parts with and without hot melt adhesive on short notice or from stock.
