We supply all MIL-DTL-38999 series 3 connectors with the surfaces D38999/F in olive green, D38999/W in nickel and ROHS compliant as D38999/Z in black zinc-nickel. The special features of the MIL-DTL-38999 III series connectors are their extremely lightweight and space-saving designs. The nickel-plated MIL-DTL-38999 III composite connectors D38999/20M, D38999/24M, D38999/26M as well as the nickel-plated D38999 composite connectors with olive green cadmium surface in the variants D38999/20J, D38999/24J and D38999/26 realize weight savings of 17 % to 40 % compared to aluminum. Compared to stainless steel, the weight saving is as much as 60 % to 70%. Due to the 9 available housing sizes and the possibility to connect up to 128 contacts, the D38999 connectors convince with very good mechanical and electrical properties. Via MIL-STECKER Service the MIL D38999 connectors of the MIL-DTL-38999 III series are available at very short notice with nickel plated and olive green cadmium plated surfaces in non RoHS compliant versions. Of course you can also get the D38999 connectors from the MIL-DTL-38999 III with black zinc-nickel surface in RoHS compliant version in 7 to 14 days. We also supply the D38999 connectors from Souriau in bronze, stainless steel and titanium.

MIL-KABEL-SYSTEMS supplies the crimping pliers M22520/1-01, M22520/2-01, M22520/7-01 and the matching crimping dies, as well as the installation tools and removal tools for the pin and socket contacts.

Heat shrinkable molded parts for D38999 connectors from stock
MIL-KABEL-SYSTEMS delivers these heat shrinkable molded parts with and without hot melt adhesive mostly from stock or within 48 hours. Preferred are the heat shrinkable molded parts according to VG95343 from the manufacturer Tyco/Raychem from the series 202K or 222K.
