Spec 44 high performance cables are available as shielded single core, as single core as well as multi core cable in the possible core colors black, pink, brown, orange, yellow, green, violet, blue, white and grey. Spec44 cables are available in cable cross sections AWG10 to AWG30. Widely used, Spec 44 cables are suitable for use in extreme environmental conditions at high temperatures and for operating voltages up to 2500 volts. Spec 44 cables and conductors are double wall coated. The outer protective PVDF jacket together with the inner insulating layer of cross-linked polyalkene enables use at operating temperatures from -65 °C to 150 °C. In addition, resistance to most liquids, lubricants, fuels and chemicals and self-extinguishing properties are provided. Unshielded and shielded versions are available as single and multi-conductor with silver-plated, tin-plated and high-alloy copper. In addition, the Spec 44 cables impress with their small size and significantly lower weight compared to PTFE cables according to MIL-W-22759.nd widely used are suitable for use at high temperatures under extreme environmental conditions and which can also be used at operating voltages up to 2500V. Cables and wires of specification 44 have a double-walled coating. The inner insulating layer of cross-linked polyalkene combined with the outer PVDF protective jacket allows for use at operating temperatures from -65°C to 150°C, self-extinguishing and resistance to most liquids, lubricants, fuels and chemicals.
