The connectors MS3450, MS3451, MS3452, MS3454, MS3456, MS3459 have been developed to meet the high demands of the aviation industry. Connectors of series MIL-C-5015 and MIL-DTL-5015 with Crimped Rear Release Contacts excel in their weight-reduced and space-saving design. These connectors are available with housings in Aluminium, Steel and Stainless Steel. The firewall execution, made of Stainless Steel and equipped with special isolated frames, provide a maximum protection against chemicals, heat and humidity. Featuring 17 sizes of housings and up to 85 feasible contacts, these connectors additionally provide excellent electrical and mechanical properties.

The processing of the crimp contacts is carried out by using the crimp pliers M22520/1-01, M22520/2-01 or M22520/7-01. MIL–KABEL–SYSTEMS supply crimp pliers M22520/1-01, M22520/2-01, M22520/7-01, along with the corresponding crimping inserts, as well as the installing / removal tools for pin contacts and socket contacts.
Heat shrinkable moulded parts, suiting connectors MS3456 and MS3459, available from stock
MIL–KABEL–SYSTEMS supply heat shrink moulded parts mostly from stock or within 48 hours, hot-melt adhesive included or excluded. We recommend the use of heat shrinkable moulded parts acc. to VG95343 of manufacturer Tyco / Raychem, series 202K and 222K.
