MIL-THERM 145*** – Single Core -55 to 145 °C
Field of application
For use in wiring systems in control cabinets, switching systems, lights, electrical heating systems as well as electric machines deployed under excessive temperatures. In addition, the core is utilised in transport technology (cars, commercial vehicles, busses, ships, trains and aeroplanes). Some outstanding features of these cores are their very reliable workability and good resistance to oil. The core insulation does not draw back during soldering.
Structure
Conductor made of tin-plated copper wires complying with DIN VDE 0295 class 5 (IEC 228, class 5). Insulation made of polyolefine copolymer with increased temperature stability and enhanced behaviour in case of fire.
