MIL–KABEL–SYSTEMS is your service provider for the manufacturing of electronic and electromechanical components. Being a cable assembly manufacturer, the production of cable assemblies, cable sets, cable harnesses, the wiring of electronic components and assembly of housings belong to our daily business. Our customized cable assemblies include also data cables with moulded housings according to the usual interface standards. These include 9, 15 and 25 pin D-Sub connectors with individually moulded housings and grommets. We also offer interesting solutions in the field of mechatronics and electromechanical engineering. We’d like to develop appropriate solutions for you.

Turning, milling, drilling of housings and front panels for electronics
As a manufacturing service provider, we offer a comprehensive range of services from development, procurement, manufacturing of electronics, mechatronics to surface treatment. We create schematics, procure connectors, assemble cables and install assembled connectors. We perform drilling, thread cutting and milling cutouts in front panels, plastic and metal housings. Through close cooperation with competent partner companies we can offer customised CNC turned parts and CNC milled parts. Possible are conventional turning up to D = 800 x 3500 mm, CNC turning up to D = 300 x 1000 mm, automatic turning up to D = 65 x 200 mm, CNC milling up to 300 x 400 x 850 mm, CNC drilling and conventional drilling up to D = 50 mm. Our particular strength is that we can offer complete solutions as individual pieces, small and big series.
