Cable assemblies of single strands

We assemble single strands of Spec44, Spec55, VDE, UL, and CSA standards in different versions. Our spectrum ranges from cutting, stripping, partial stripping, twisting, tinning, soldering to the proper crimping of crimp contacts, made by 3M, Amphenol, Erni, FCI, Harting, Harwin, Intercontec, ITT Cannon, JST, Molex, Odu, Samtec, Souriau and Tyco / TE Connectivity. The cable sheaths can be made out of PVC, PUR, PTFE, FEP or Teflon. No matter whether on one side or on both sides, with cable lugs, flat-type receptacles or wire end ferrules, all can be quickly assembled. We can offer many variants of assembled cables, thanks to our equipment for professional crimping tools and to the long-standing cooperation with our partner companies. Applications of assembled single strands
Individual strands are used everywhere in devices, where many single conductors need to be accommodated in a small space. Assembled standard single strands of PVC can be found in industrial electronics, automation, mechanical engineering, communication technology, measurement, control technology, while the assembled Spec44 and Spec55 single strands made of Teflon are more common in the aerospace, the military, medical engineering and auto racing.
