MNZ 45M - Halogen-Free Cross Linked Cable Jacket

Field of application
Deployed predominantly in those areas where the highest reliability, stability under extreme environmental conditions as well as mechanical robustness are required. It is utilised in control systems, lights, electrical heating systems and electric machines deployed at higher temperatures. It is also designed for use in outdoor control and switch systems and in the area of transport technology (automobiles, commercial vehicles, ships, aeroplanes). Outstanding features of this wiring are its low smoke emission and toxicity in the event of fire, which gains valuable time for aid measures.

Structure
Conductor made of tin-plated copper wires in compliance with DIN VDE 0295 class 5 (IEC 228, class 5). Insulation made of halogen-free, electron-beam cross-linked polyolefine copolymer with increased temperature stability and enhanced behaviour in case of fire. Outstanding features of these cores are their excellent workability and good resistance to oil. The core insulation does not draw back during soldering.
