Cable assemblies of single strands is another specialization of our activity. We assemble the single strands in various designs. according to Spec 44, Spec 55, UL, VDE and CSA standards. The processing consists of stripping, cutting to length, partial stripping, tinning twisting, soldering. This is followed by perfect crimping of Amphenol, Erni, FCI, Harwin, Harting, 3M, Intercontec, ITT Cannon, JST, Samtec, Molex, Odu, Souriau and Tyco / TE Connectivity crimp contacts. The cable sheaths can be made of PUR, PVC, PTFE, Teflon or FEP. If desired, we can assemble on one or both sides, with flat receptacles, cable lugs or wire end ferrules. Due to our own good equipment with suitable crimping tools and many years of cooperation with partners, we can offer an exceptionally large number of variants of assembled single strands and connectors. Single stranded wires are used everywhere in devices where many wires have to be accommodated in a small space. Standard single stranded conductors made of PVC are used in industrial electronics, automation, mechanical engineering, communication technology, measurement and control technology, while Spec44 and Spec55 single stranded conductors made of Teflon are used in aerospace, military, medical technology and automotive racing.
